Your account password is an important part of authenticating and protecting your account and its data.
When you sign up / sign in, both your Primary Authentication and Primary Encryption keys are generated. The Future Pass app requires these keys to run properly.
If you forget your password, we have no way of recovering it for you (we don’t keep a copy). Did you write it down?
If you really can’t remember your password, we can reset your account for you. The downside is that you’ll essentially be starting from scratch.
